Account data: name, email address, username, hashed password, country of residence.

Transaction data: deposit and withdrawal records, bot subscription details (amounts, dates, status).

Communications: messages sent to our support team and any feedback you submit.

We do not collect government-issued identity documents unless required by law or a specific regulatory programme we notify you of separately.

To provide Platform features including bot services, dashboards, and market data tools.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes and are never stored in plaintext. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We work with carefully selected third-party providers to operate the Platform:

Infrastructure: cloud hosting and database providers. These processors handle your data only on our instruction under contractual data-processing agreements.
