Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2025

TradePulsar AI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using our Platform you acknowledge you have read and understood this policy.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our services:

  • Account data: name, email address, username, hashed password, country of residence.
  • Profile & settings data: avatar, notification preferences, two-factor authentication status.
  • Transaction data: deposit and withdrawal records, bot subscription details (amounts, dates, status).
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser, and approximate IP-based location (country/region level only).
  • Communications: messages sent to our support team and any feedback you submit.

We do not collect government-issued identity documents unless required by law or a specific regulatory programme we notify you of separately.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
  • To provide Platform features including bot services, dashboards, and market data tools.
  • To process payments and maintain transaction records.
  • To send transactional communications (account alerts, security notices, receipts). We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • To improve the Platform through aggregate, anonymised analytics.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes and are never stored in plaintext. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

While we implement robust security measures, no system is entirely immune to breach. We will notify affected users and relevant authorities of any data breach in accordance with applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with carefully selected third-party providers to operate the Platform:

  • Infrastructure: cloud hosting and database providers. These processors handle your data only on our instruction under contractual data-processing agreements.
  • Analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage analytics to understand Platform performance. No personally identifiable data is shared with analytics providers.
  • Email delivery: transactional email services for account and security notifications.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, ever.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting core Platform functionality.
  • Preference cookies: remember your settings such as theme and language preferences.
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how users interact with the Platform (aggregate data only). You may opt out via your browser settings.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or using key features.
